appropriate proportionality: Evidence of competence and experience (<a href=\"https:\/\/gipfelgold.janlucash.com\/en\/portfolio\/\">https:\/\/gipfelgold.janlucash.com\/portfolio\/<\/a>) are definitely essential and sensible for certain budget sizes \u2013 after all, the world\u2019s longest bridge shouldn\u2019t be built by a drywaller \u2013 but they must remain within reasonable limits.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unified, central platforms \u2013 intuitive, digital, transparent.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proportionality of requirements \u2013 depending on volume and complexity.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Real digitalisation, not a digital alibi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Otherwise, access to the public market remains closed to many good small agencies \u2013 not due to incompetence, but because of a lack of time and cost-effectiveness.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight:
